1. Platform Overview & Eligibility

Mourika is an e-commerce platform offering premium handcrafted Indian festive decor, traditional bandarwars, door torans, velvet table runners, Karwa Chauth pooja thali ensembles, and artisanal festive gifting collections.

To place orders or register an account, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent under the laws of India (Indian Contract Act, 1872).

2. Product Details & Artisan Craftsmanship

Our collections are handmade by skilled artisans using traditional techniques including gota patti, kundan stones, brass bells, zardozi embroidery, and rich velvet fabrics.

• Handcrafted Character: Because our items are handcrafted, subtle variations in thread work, motif placement, or stone shading are intrinsic qualities of authentic handmade art and are not deemed manufacturing flaws.
• Color Representation: We make every effort to display true-to-life colors and imagery. However, monitor calibrations and screen brightness settings may cause slight color variations.

3. Pricing & Currency

• All prices listed on Mourika are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• Prices and seasonal discounts are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the moment you finalize your checkout.
• In the rare event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, Mourika reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment Processing

We provide secure, multi-channel payment solutions powered by Razorpay, an RBI-licensed payment aggregator.

• Accepted Online Payment Modes: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Diners, Amex), Debit Cards, Net Banking across 50+ Indian banks, and digital wallets.
• Payment Security: All digital transactions are processed through Razorpay using end-to-end 256-bit SSL encryption and strict PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure. Mourika does not store or access your credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank passwords.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on eligible pin codes for verified contact numbers. Orders placed under COD may be verified via SMS or phone call prior to dispatch.

5. User Accounts & Guest Checkout

You may complete purchases as a guest or choose to create an account using your email and password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, product photography, logos, graphics, text, brand copy, design systems, and software code on mourika.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Mourika and are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Mourika shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. In any case, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute or controversy arising out of these Terms or transactions conducted on Mourika.com, the courts having jurisdiction in New Delhi, Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
