1. Shipping Coverage & Serviceability
We deliver to over 26,000+ postal pin codes across all states and Union Territories in India. Our shipments are powered by leading logistics networks including Shiprocket, BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, XpressBees, and Shadowfax to ensure maximum reliability and speed.

2. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
- Orders Above ₹499: Completely FREE Shipping all over India on both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Orders Below ₹499: A nominal flat shipping charge of ₹49 is applied at checkout to cover courier costs.
- All prices and shipping fees displayed are inclusive of GST. No hidden convenience fees or surcharges are charged at delivery.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
- Standard Orders: Dispatched from our central fulfillment studio within 24 to 48 business hours of order confirmation.
- Festive & High-Volume Peaks: During peak festival seasons (e.g. Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Karwa Chauth), dispatch may take up to 48 to 72 hours due to heavy artisan packaging requirements.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST on Saturday or on national holidays are processed on the subsequent working day.

As soon as your shipment is picked up by our courier partner, you will receive an SMS and email notification with your Air Waybill (AWB) Tracking Number and direct tracking URL.
You can also track your live shipment anytime directly on our website using our Track Order Portal by entering your Order Number or AWB.
6. Package Inspection & Damaged Deliveries
All Mourika products are carefully checked for quality, wrapped in bubble protection, and sealed in tamper-evident festive boxes before leaving our premises.
Important Delivery Precaution:
If you notice that the outer parcel is visibly damaged, crushed, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the delivery or ask the delivery executive to record an open-delivery remark. Please inform our support team within 24 hours at hello@mourika.com.
